There are many factors that need to be in place in order for a keyword to be on the first page or #1. If you are doing it in Hebrew its much easier since there are not much competition, even if its in English try finding keywords that has less competition and are create relevant pages that will have the title of that keyword. You can use wordpress as a blog platform(also can be used as an overall website platform). Since it has all the SEO attributes in it already.
